What is Celtic Cross PCM?

We're the Presbyterian Campus Ministry (PCM) at Kennesaw State University, a mission ministry of the Presbyterian Church (USA), in partnership with Cherokee Presbytery, a growing, missional family of 41 churches in Northwest Georgia.

Through Celtic Cross PCM, students are challenged to consider that God has given him/her specific gifts for a reason.  And they find an inclusive and supportive community that empowers them to discover the gifts God have him/her, serve others, and explore the meaning of life, vocation, and call as a Christian engaged in the journey of faith.

Our motto, "While We Live, We Serve" is the model and foundation of our ministry.  It permeates everything we do as a community.  It becomes part of the lives of all those associated with our ministry.

We firmly believe...

Christians are not called to self-preservation, but to a life of sacrificial service to the people for whom Christ died.  This is our model of faithfulness to Jesus Christ... "Whoever would be great among you must be a servant ... "  - Matthew 20:36

We offer a number of ways for students to be challenged and grow in their faith each year, including our weekly "Thursday Night Theology" (TNT) meetings, Small Groups (Trinity Life Groups), "FREE HUGS," Retreats, Monthly Pilgrimages, The College Conference at Montreat, Spring Break Mission Trips, and more.
